Cost & Fees
At the office we put together an estimate of our time involvement and an estimate of the sub-contractors cost. The proposal has two categories:
A. Estate Solutions hourly work
B. Remodeling work to be done
C. Materials required or other outside services
These estimates are based upon information received from the client and are done to the best of our ability, however they are just estimates.
The estimates are put into a proposal bid and presented to the client during a second meeting. If the client accepts the proposal, a contract for services is prepared and signed. A deposit is required. We provide management of the work and the client pays material, labor and outside services.
